Magbab Return and Exchange Policy

At Magbab, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Return Period

Products must be returned within 6 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

2. Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide the original receipt, order confirmation, or other valid proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.

3. Product Condition

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included items.

This condition does not apply to products confirmed to be defective upon delivery or during the eligible return period.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact Magbab as soon as possible. The product may be inspected to confirm the issue before an exchange is approved.

5. Refund and Exchange Policy

Magbab does not provide cash refunds for approved returns.

The value of an approved returned product can be used to purchase another product from Magbab of the same value.

If the customer chooses a product with a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.

If the replacement product costs less than the approved return value, any remaining balance will be handled according to Magbab's store policy.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect:

• Final-sale or clearance items

• Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used

• Beauty products, cosmetics, or skincare products with broken seals or opened packaging

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling by the customer

• Items returned without proof of purchase

• Items returned after the 6-day return period

7. Return Approval

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Magbab. Magbab reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
